With over 20 years in hospitality, I have built, scaled, and exited national restaurant brands and helped launch technology products that have generated over $1B in annual recurring revenue.
I founded Aloha Poké Co. at age 30 and grew it to 32+ locations nationwide before making a successful exit. Afterwards I opened Perilla Korean American Fare and then joined Toast POS, where I worked at the intersection of operators, product, and scale.
I bring a combination of operational discipline, creative vision, and commercial strategy. From Michelin-recognized kitchens to fast-casual expansion to restaurant tech, I understand how ideas become infrastructure.
Now based in Boulder, Colorado, I work with founders and leadership teams to build restaurants that are profitable, structured, and built to endure.
